We process your personal data exclusively in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). This privacy notice informs you about the nature, scope, and purpose of the collection and use of personal data when visiting our website and purchasing our online courses.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of contract), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).

6. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze your use of our website. The information generated is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA. IP anonymization is activated on this website, so your IP address is truncated before transfer.

7. Payment Processing via Stripe
For processing course purchases we use Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., The One Building, Lower Grand Canal Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. Stripe processes personal data including name, email address, payment information, and transaction data.
Stripe transfers data to the USA, based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in secure payment processing).
8. Newsletter (Mailchimp)
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email address to send periodic updates. We use Mailchimp, operated by Intuit Inc., 2700 Coast Avenue, Mountain View, California, USA. Mailchimp stores and processes subscriber data in the USA based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email.

When you visit our website, IONOS may collect various log files including your IP address.
The use of IONOS is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in ensuring a reliable presentation and availability of our website. If consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG, to the extent the consent includes storage of cookies or access to information in the user’s device (e.g. via device fingerprinting) as defined by the TTDSG. Data Processing Agreement
We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with IONOS. This is a contract required by data protection law which ensures that IONOS processes personal data of website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

In order to create and manage your course account, we process data such as your name, email address, login credentials, purchase history, and course progress.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Without this data, you cannot access purchased courses.
11. Testimonials and User Ratings
For authenticity and transparency, user ratings displayed on our website are only published from verified course buyers.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in truthful reviews).

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill contractual or legal obligations, after which the data is deleted or anonymized unless we are required to retain it for longer under statutory retention periods (e.g. tax law obligations in Germany: 10 years).
