As per our experience, some questions pop up again and again when people come in contact with Scrum for the first time. Here’s the most common ones that might not be so intuitive or that we think deserve its own spot here.

WHO IS PART OF THE SCRUM TEAM AND HOW BIG CAN IT BE?
The Scrum Team consists of the Product Owner, Scrum Master and Development Team. It is recommended that the team has around 7 members (+/- 2 variance).

WHEN IS "PROJECT MANAGER" THE CORRECT ANSWER?
In short: its’ never the correct answer.
You can disregard any mention of "classical" project managers, waterfall project structures, work breakdown structures or similar. Those concepts don’t exist in Scrum and you can safely assume those are wrong answers in your exam.
